Millbrook Leads the Way in Start Small Dream Big Pilot

Millbrook proudly served as the research school for the Start Small Dream Big pilot project, pioneering a whole-school approach that spanned from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through to the end of Key Stage 2.

This innovative initiative provided staff with excellent access to high-quality CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and a wealth of resources, strengthening both teaching practices and student engagement. The project also fostered meaningful connections for both staff and pupils, enriching the school community.

Most importantly, the pilot helped Millbrook develop a strategic, forward-thinking plan focused on preparing children for life beyond education, ensuring they are equipped not just academically, but personally and socially for the future.
