Relational Inclusion Network Meetings
These meetings are held three times per year and are our showcase events for staying up to date with the latest developments in relational inclusion across the region.

So far, we’ve had:

  • An early insight into Lost Learning, a report published by The Difference, presented by Jamie Rogers
  • A thought-provoking session on Rewilding Education by Professor Hilary Cremin from Cambridge University.  Resources from this session are available on our website.
  • Insights into Emotional Intelligence with Dr Cliff Lansley, Director at the Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA).

At our upcoming meeting, we will be joined by Rich Head who is a Director at Motional, where he leads on user engagement, content and innovation. His work centres on listening closely to what schools and practitioners really need – and ensuring Motional evolves in ways that genuinely support them.

Rich has led major wellbeing initiatives, secured national investment for children’s mental health programmes, and spent more than twenty years involved in school governance. He holds an MBA with a focus on Emotional Wellbeing Leadership and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

He is particularly interested in the point where wellbeing, learning and system design meet – usually while armed with a strong coffee and an idea that’s arrived slightly too early in the morning.
